As the brands demands and growth was scaling, a limited time line of 3 months to replace an existing and out of date solution written in a now dated version of php had to be done whilst taking care of the various divisions specific business requirements from warehousing to administration and point of sales.
OUR APPROACH

Our strategy was to first assess and interview all members of the team and truly understand their roles.
From here we formulated detailed wireframes, ui designs and a scalable component first approach that was customizable.

03. Develop a Headless Api to dynamically customize the ui in realtime.
The Solution
A front end written in vuejs with capacitor and electron support which allowed us to build once and compile for a cross platform installable desktop app, mobile app as well as a web app that could distributed by region.
A laravel based api backend with ui web builder empowering the client to dynamically add extensions and integrated widgets to expand the existing solution without having to alter existing elements, through simply introducing newly added front end components to the extension library for automatic inclusion.

fully deployed for auto-scaling inside of azure with automated pipelines following a git flow strategy for reducing downtime during deployment.
The Results
We did just build we raised the standard and established best practices as standards.
Goal: Quantify success with data.
Use metrics and graphs to show measurable results (traffic growth, conversion rates, engagement metrics, etc.). Include qualitative feedback from the client (testimonials). Highlight both short-term wins and long-term value.
Example Metrics:
75% increase in bookings within 6 months. Reduced bounce rate from 60% to 25%. 3x increase in social media engagement.
